DONATING ARTIFACTS

Through vandalism, demolition, and theft, there are a lot of historical artifacts directly tied to the Peoria State Hospital that will be forever lost to history.

Fortunately enough, through the years, there have been many instances where artifacts have shown up all across the state, and oddly enough, across the country. We are working very hard to bring many of these artifacts home to the hilltop where they belong.

If you have any artifacts from the Peoria State Hospital, or think that you do, please reach out to us. We will be able to evaluate your items to determine if they are genuine to the hospital.

With that said, we are also looking for anyone that would like to donate any of these items to the museum. Just know that we will love and cherish these items as they sit on display for many people to see, learn from, and enjoy for many years to come.

Please contact us so that we may make arrangements with you.

Below are just some items that have been donated to the museum.
